The invention relates to a cryomedical probe for therapy of severe chronic painful states of the trigeminal nerve, i.e. of trigemina neuralgia. It is the object of the invention to provide a cryomedical probe which permits the performance of a percutaneous treatment of genuine trigeminal neuralgia.
