The glazed annexe exhibits a plurality of glazed roof and wall sections, the glazing being incorporated in each case within a load-bearing frame. Wall sections and roof sections are each designed as displacement elements which run in end-side guide rails, with the result that, if required, large parts of the closed building surface which are otherwise spanned by wall and glass sections can be pushed up, it being possible for said displacement elements to be pushed one into the other telescopically in a space-saving manner, as a result of which the otherwise closed winter garden can be converted, with a small number of manipulations, into an open sitting area.
