PURPOSE:To prevent the deformation of a lead even to a semiconductor package with a minute lead pitch, by composing comb-teeth form contact pins and separators provided between neighboring contact pins, in the form dispersing into two parts by changing the connecting places. CONSTITUTION:A contact pin 2a has an arc form, and has a projection 2a-1 at the lower side of the front end. In order to provide the contact pin 2a at the same pitch interval, a separator 3a having a comb form assembles its comb- teeth between neighboring projections 7a respectively. A contact pin 2b has an arc form, and has a projection 2b-1 at the upper side of the front end. In order to provide the pin 2b at the same pitch interval, a separator 3b having a comb form assembles its comb-teeth between neighboring projections 2b-1 respectively. |
