PURPOSE:To improve a quantization characteristic with less operation amount when plural partial sets of generation vector are formed from the set of the generation vector by forming the partial set with single generation vector. CONSTITUTION:By a generation vector storage part 120, the generation vector is divided to M kinds of partial sets by using information from a vector set allocation control part 110 to be outputted to partial generation vector storage parts 121-123. By a coefficient vector storage part 130, a coefficient vector is divided to M kinds of partial sets to be outputted to partial coefficient vector storage parts 131-133. By M kinds of every partial generation vector storage part and partial coefficient vector storage part, the generation vector and the coefficient are outputted from the partial set. The generation vector outputted from the partial generation vector storage part is multiplied by the coefficient outputted from the partial coefficient vector storage part by a multiplier 141 to be sent to an adder 142, and M kinds of partial generation and the product between the generation vector and the coefficient from the partial coefficient vector storage part are added to be outputted. |
