Method for providing an excess temperature at radiators

The excess temperature at radiators results from the difference between the flow and return temperature of the boiler minus the actual room temperature. In the interests of a maximum energy saving, a lowest possible flow temperature has been striven for hitherto. In order also to take into account the costs for the pump flow, it is proposed that the controller assigns to each heating-water volume flow to be effected by the heating-circuit pump a flow temperature which is required to reach the desired room temperature, and that it determines and sets the least expensive assignment on the basis of installation- and building-specific values and on the basis of the prices for the pump flow and the heating energy.
