A block has a multiplicity of sheets lying on top of one another. These are connected releasably to one another in the region of an edge of the block. In at least one direction, the longitudinal extent of one sheet is shorter than that of the sheet lying below it and greater than that of the sheet lying above it. Over a partial region of their one surface, the sheets are provided with an adhesive coating which permits detachment and re-adhesion.
