This compound lead combines an electrical cable and a conduit intended to convey a fluid, the said electrical cable comprising a plurality of insulated electrical conductors (6) embedded in a sheath (8) made of insulating plastic. According to the invention, the conduit (7) is incorporated into the plastic of the sheath (8) of the electrical cable.
