PURPOSE: To provide a mattress capable of controlling bubbling strength based on the free and natural interaction between air and water. CONSTITUTION: This mattress is constituted of a mat 10 having a series of nozzles 12 and a peripheral edge skirt 14 fixed to the mat 10, and the peripheral edge skirt 14 is extended downward from the mat 10 to form a hollow volume portion together with the lower face of the mat 10. This volume portion confines the flat bubbles formed by the gas injected into a mattress below the mat 10 in use, and the gas of the flat bubbles passes through the nozzles 12 to generate bubbles. Grooves 22 are formed on the surface of the mat 10, and the nozzles 12 are formed on the sidewalls of the grooves 22.
