The invention relates to a device for handling standardised removable box bodies (dump bodies), especially for agriculture, for putting a removable box body (3) onto a lorry or onto a trailer and removing it therefrom, in which device a tipping system actuated by a ram (4) for inclining a tipping chassis (2) is pivotally mounted on the chassis (1) of a trailer or of a lorry. This tip-up chassis (2) is provided with two endless chains (8) which are actuated, for example, by a hydraulic motor and turn around two sprocket wheels (7) located at one end of the tip-up chassis and around two pulleys (6) located at the other end of the tip-up chassis, characterised in that two hauling cables (9) for hauling a removable box body onto the tip-up chassis are attached to the endless chains, the free end of the hauling cable being equipped with a fastening element (14) such as a ring or a hook or a similar member, in order to attach the removable box body (3). <IMAGE>
