<p>PURPOSE: To provide a manifold valve apparatus comprising first and second valve elements each of which has at least one inlet port and a plurality of outlet ports. CONSTITUTION: This flow control manifold apparatus 10 comprises a number of manifold valve assemblies 12. Each of the manifold valve assemblies 12 comprises first and second valve elements 22, 24, each of which includes at least one inlet port and a plurality of outlet ports. The two valve elements 22, 24 are connected in fluid communication with each other. Actuator apparatuses 26, 28 each including a valve actuator and an actuator rod attached to and projecting outward of the actuator and actuated by the actuator are associated with the valve elements 22, 24.</p> |
