PURPOSE: To obtain a composite material containing a non-polymeric bonded platform molecule and useful for the treatment of autoimmune diseases such as systemic lupus erythematosus. CONSTITUTION: This composite material contains a non-polymeric bonded platform molecule of formula I or formula II [G<(1)> and G<(2)> are each C, N, O, Si, P or S; the n<(1)> parts shown as T<(1)> and the P<(2)>×n<(2)> parts shown as T<(2)> are each amine, hydrazide, carboxylic acid, etc.; the n<(2)> parts shown as L<(2)> are each O, S, etc.; the n<(2)> parts shown as J<(2)> are each C(=O) or C(=S); n<(1)> is 1-32; n<(2)> is 1-32; P<(2)> is 1-8; the n<(2)> parts shown as Z<(2)> are each groups containing 1-200 atoms]. The molecule forms the subject composite material by coupling with a biological or chemical molecule such as a polynucleotide. The biological or chemical molecule is carbohydrate, drug, lipid, lipopolysaccharide, peptide, protein, oligonucleotide, hepten, mimotope, etc.
