The bearing has a combined lengthwise-expansion-compensator and vibration damper (10). Its outer race (3) is a press-fit in a sleeve (13) with a flange (15) bent outwards. An elastic bush (11) encloses the sleeve and bears against the flange and also against a supporting flange (12) integral with an outer sleeve (16) enclosing it. There is some clearance (a,b) between the flanges and the sleeves opposite them. |
