The device to shorten the starting warm-up time in the hydraulic machinery having a hydraulic pump and an oil tank, has a throttle lever (2) and throttle lever control device (3) for controlling the RPM of the engine (1), a working-oil temp. sensor (11) at the tank (10), a swash-plate angle control device (4) of the pump for controlling the discharged flow; an atmospheric temp. sensor (12) connected with the sensor (11) for controlling the induction of the working oil from the actuator to the tank directly; a controller for transmitting the signals to control the RPM of the engine, the discharged flow of the pump, a solenoid valve.
