A linear gear (3) is mounted at one end of a driving shaft (1) being rotated by driving force of a engin. Several planetary gear carriers (4) are geared to transmission shaft (2) between the linear gear (3) and ring gear (6). The rotating force of the driving shaft (1) rotates the transmission shaft (2) through the planetary gear carriers (4) via the linear gear (3) and the planetary gear (5) by adjusting a driving operation of the ring gear (6) in proportion to the number of rotations of the driving shaft (1).
