Lubrication device for IC engine

The device has a lubrication circuit and two cylinder banks, whereby this comprises at least one main oil supply per cylinder bank with branch supplies from this to the lubrication points. The circuit has a heat exchanger and oil filter. Lubrication oil is directed from the oil filter (3) to the circuit simultaneously via both main oil supplies. One end face of the engine has a housing cover (1), to which the heat exchanger (2) is mounted and along which an oil channel (11b) runs, connecting both main oil supplies.
