<p>PURPOSE:To provide the packet routing system for inter-station link control system which can transfer a packet without selecting a repeater station for each packet. CONSTITUTION:A call originating station A receives the packet from a terminal P, selects a route addressed to a call incoming station D, stores it in the repeater station memory of the station itself, sets repeater station numbers up to the call incoming station D to an inter-station header part and transmits the packet. Repeater stations B and C successively repeatedly transfer the packet up to the call incoming station according to the inter-station header part and the call incoming station removes the inter-station header part and transmits the packet to a terminal Q after the respective station numbers of the inter-station header part are stored in a repeater station memory. The packet from the terminal Q is transmitted while allowing a call originating station number and the repeater station numbers, which are stored in the repeater station memory at the call incoming station, to set to the inter- station header part and the repeater stations successively repeatedly transfer the packet up to the call originating station in the order set to the inter-station header part. Based on the respective station numbers set to the inter-station header part, the call originating station updates the repeater station memory, removes the inter-station header part and transmits the packet to the terminal P.</p> |
