PURPOSE:To efficiently and accurately mold a multilayer sheet obtained by laminating a plurality of types of resin thin films of several hundreds-several thousands of layers by an extremely simple unit by using. a simultaneous extrusion molding technique of thermoplastic resin. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of melted resin sheets are laminated by a multilayer die 8, and discharged as one multilayer sheet. The discharged multilayer sheet is then supplied to a cell 11 '. The cell 11' has a multilayer wide die 16 densely fixed in a cylindrical cell body. The die 16 is formed in a slit state having predetermined thickness and widths for receiving the sheet at a resin inlet. Resin channels continued thereto are gradually approached at both ends toward a resin outlet, gradually directed toward the outlet while being folded substantially in a V state, simultaneously extended at its folded end toward a lower end, and a width of melted resin is enlarged to a diameter length of a circular section of the die in an inverted state at just 90 deg. to the inlet at the outlet. |
