Heat exchanger for condensing boiler

The heat exchanger incorporates exchanger medium pipes (1-14). These form a flow path from the return to the intake. The pipes are located close to each other in rows. The pipe row opposite to the burner is inclined through 60 degrees relative to the horizontal. The burner chamber (18) is enclosed at top and bottom by a fluid- cooled wall section (20,21). The fluid channels (22,23) in the wall are connected to one tube (14). The wall sections are formed as inserts, and consist of aluminium. The reversing channels for the pipes are formed in the side walls (B).
