SINGLE END TYPE DISCHARGE LAMP

摘要

PURPOSE: To provide reliable electric contact by mechanical connection of an electrode lead wire of a single ended type discharge lamp. CONSTITUTION: A connector element 7 housed together with a printed board 6 in a cap member 5 for a discharge tube 2 is constituted of a base part 8 and a connection part 9. The base part 8 is fixed in the printed board 6 by implantation and electrically connected with a counterpart output terminal of the circuit on the printed board 6. An electrode lead wire 4 is connected with the connection part 9 and at the same time the connection part 9 is so formed as to have a dent part 10 and moreover, the electrode lead wire 4 is inserted into the dent part 10, mechanically fixed in the wall face of the dent part 10, and electrically connected with the wall face.
