PURPOSE:To inspect the roof equipment of a vehicle without climbing on a roof by photographing the roof of the vehicle while a detection signal is outputted from a roof equipment detection means installed on a measurement building and displaying the photographed image. CONSTITUTION:A vehicle 2 enters a measurement building 1, it is detected that roof equipment such as pantograph 2a, etc., set on the roof of the vehicle 2 comes within the photographing range of a camera 4, and a roof equipment detection signal P is outputted from a roof equipment detection sensor 6. While the roof equipment detection signal P is outputted from the roof equipment detection sensor 6, the roof of the vehicle is photographed by the camera 4, the photographed image is displayed on the display part 79 of a measuring device 7, and the displayed data is printed out by a printer 80. Thus the roof equipment can be inspected without climbing directly on the roof. |
