PURPOSE:To easily and rapidly perform the centering at the time of the adjustment of assembling by arranging a first block slidable in the before-and-behind direction of a bolster plate and a second block slidable in the up-and-down direction of the first block along the vertical frame of a press frame. CONSTITUTION:At the time of the assembling of a press, at first, a first block 13 is attached to a bolster plate 9 outside the press to be drawn into a press frame 1a. At this time, a cylinder 23 is operated and the projection 24a of a support pin 24 is allowed to protrude to the square hole 22b of a rail 22 to support the first block 13. Next, a second block 16 is inserted in the first block 13 and a drawing-up bolt 18 is revolved to bring a guide roller 19 into contact with the guide surface of the rail 22. When fine adjustment of centering is required, a fixing bolt 14 is loosened to revolve a push bolt and the drawing-up bolt 18. Continuously, the second block 16 is pulled down in order to ensure a clearance corresponding to the thermal expansion of the bolster plate 9 between the guide roller 19 and the guide surface of the rail. |
