a power supply voltage unit; a relay which is connected to one terminal of the power supply voltage unit and varies the position of connection terminals, depending upon application of a high level signal; a reset switch connected between the power supply voltage unit and the relay, for controlling an operation of the relay; an electronic control unit operated by the input of battery power applied from the relay; and a plurality of sensors for sensing water flowing within an automobile, being grounded to the electronic control unit and for applying the high level signal to the connection terminal of the relay, thereby varying the connection position of the terminals of the relay.
