The paving stone has at least one corner with a cut-out segment which corresponds to a second paving block which has, at least on one side, a protrusion. The protrusion fills the gap formed by three cut-out corners. The protrusion can be an integrated part of the paving stone or in the form of a separate block. The paving slab can also have two cut-out corners and two protrusions on diagonally opposite corners. The cut-outs have the form of a quarter circle and the protrusions are formed as three-quarter circles.
