Portable barbecue with built-in extractor

The barbecue has an electric extractor fan for removing smoke and steam via an extractor slit (3) at the rear of the grilling surface (1), extending across its full width, with a tangential suction direction. The extracted flow is passed through a filter (4, 5) with at least 2 successive stages. The extractor slit has an associated hood (8), which is pivoted between a position in which it extends vertically at the rear of te extractor slit and a position in which is projects forwards to cover the extractor slit.
