PURPOSE:To promote a silent operation and improve a heat exchanging efficiency by a method wherein a side end of a heat radiation fin constituting a heat exchanger is provided with a plurality of slits or recesses and heat radiation fins are bent and formed at the same angle to each other along these slits or recesses. CONSTITUTION:An upper part (a rear surfaces side heat exchanger 5B) of slits 20 is bent with a lower part (a front side heat exchanger 5A) under a bending work along the slits 20 so as to form a heat exchanger 5 divided into a V-shaped segment. Then, the front side heat exchanger 5A is bent and formed along a plurality of recesses 21 at an inner part. In addition, in view of the configuration of the recesses 21, the relative heat exchanger portions constituting the front side heat exchanger 5A are bent at the same angle DELTA. With such an arrangement as above, it is possible to prevent disturbance of heat exchanging air passing through the heat exchanger 5, promote a silent operation and improve a heat exchanging efficiency. |
