PURPOSE:To reduce the number of part items, reduce cost, and enhance workability by integrally forming a wire pressing-down part to fix a terminal of an electric wire containing insulating covering and a terminal part to connect a terminal of an electric wire except the insulating covering. CONSTITUTION:A connecting terminal 10 is integrally formed of a terminal member such as a brass plate by press work. Leg parts 10e and 10f of the terminal 10 are soldered to a conductor pattern together with projections 10g and 10h inserted in holes bored in prescribed places of a board. In an electric wire, a covering part is sandwiched by bending inside an electric wire pressing- down part composed of a bottom plate 10a and side plates 10b and 10c, and a terminal of the naked electric wire is wound round and soldered to a winding part 10d' of a terminal part 10d. The number of part items of connecting terminals is reduced by integration, and cost is reduced, and a mounting process on the board can be reduced, and an equipment is simplified, and workability can be enhanced. |
