PURPOSE:To provide a cooling and cold insulating apparatus in which cold storage agent can be efficiently cooled and a temperature in a cold insulation chamber can be quickly cooled to a desired temperature. CONSTITUTION:A cold storage unit 28 is disposed between a cold gas outlet of a cooler 4 and a cold insulation space 8. A bypass passage for communicating the outlet directly with the space 8 is formed and switching means for switching a downstream side of the unit 28 and the passage is provided. Accordingly, cold gas diffused from the outlet of the cooler 4 is distributed to cold gas to the unit 28 and cold gas to the space 8 via the passage. |
