AIR-CONDITIONING SYSTEM, AND VARIABLE AIR VOLUME TYPE AIR CONDITIONER

PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency in energy saving operation effected by outside air cooling without increasing the size of an air supplying duct between a primary air-conditioning machine and a variable capacity fan filter unit by a method wherein a variable air volume type air conditioner having the primary air conditioning machine for blasting low-temperature air and the variable air volume fan filter unit provided in the unit of respective air-conditioned rooms is employed. CONSTITUTION:A variable air volume fan filter unit 2 is provided with a primary air introducing unit 14, a fan filter unit 15 and a mixing unit 16 while a second outside air duct 20 and a second air circulating duct 21 are connected to the fan filter unit 15. When an outside air temperature is lower than the set room temperature of the air-conditioned chamber, outside air is introduced directly through the second outside air duct.
