The cleaner comprises a connection pipe(10) for connecting a suction pipe(5) and a hopper(4); upper and bottom partition boards(11, 12) for guiding polluted water to the connection pipe, the boards being mounted on the middle portion of the suction pipe; and an open/close unit for closing the connection pipe between the suction pipe from the hopper during power-on and for connecting it during power-off, the open/close unit being mounted inside the connection pipe.
