PURPOSE:To improve the accuracy in a helical gear part, by a method wherein in a turning-stop mechanism, the first movable mold is kept at a fitting-in condition at the time of mold break of a movable mold and stationary mold, and the first movable mold is made turnable freely at the time of ejection of the helical gear part by an ejection member after completion of mold break. CONSTITUTION:At the time of mold break, since the first movable mold 11 does not turn even if a mold release resistance from a stationary mold 6 is high due to a reason that a molded product 2 is a gate type molded product, in the molded product 2 an end face of a fitting part 4 is separated easily from a gate 27. Hereby, mold release is performed under a state where the helical gear part 3 is stuck to a gear part cavity 9 of the first movable mold A11A. Since a pin 30 is pulled out of a pin hole 32 after completion of the mold break, the first movable mold A11A of the first movable mold 11 becomes freely turnable by a bearing 12. Hereby, at the time of ejecton of the helical gear part 3 by the ejector pin 8, the first movable mold 11 turns smooth by the bearing 12 and the helical gear part 3 is released reliably. |
