PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for a stage for cutting a leaking resin by preventing infiltrating (leaking) of the liquid resin to the wall surfaces of dies. CONSTITUTION:This liquid resin 8 is poured under pressurization into the dies 7 disposed with an inside core member 2, fiber members 3a enclosing this inside core member 2 and a sole member 4, edge member 5 and decorative member 6 facing this fiber member 3a. This liquid resin 8 is cured in the dies 7, by which FRP 3 consisting of the fiber members 3a as reinforcing materials is formed. The inside core member 2, the fiber members 3a, the sole member 4, the edge members 5 and the decorative member 6 are integrally formed by this cured resin 8a. |
