METHOD FOR CUMBINEDLY AND MASSIVELY CULTURING AEROBIC MICROORGANISM AND ANAEROBIC MICROORGANISM

PURPOSE:To perform the combined massive culture of aerobic and anaerobic microorganisms for eliminating the troublesomeness of the production and reduc ing the cost of the culture installation by culturing a mixture solution containing both the aerobic microorganism and the anaerobic microorganism under specific conditions. CONSTITUTION:A method for combinedly and massively culturing an aerobic microorganism and an anaerobic microorganism comprises filling sterilized water in a culture tank, adding 0.05-0.2vol% of sterilized molasses to the water, adjusting the pH of the prepared culture solution to 2.8-3.5 with an organic acid such as lactic acid, adding a mixture solution containing the aerobic microorganism such as a yeast or an actinomyces and the anaerobic microorganism such as a lactic acid bacterium as a spawn to the culture solution in a volume ratio of 1/50 to-1/200, and subsequently culturing the microorganisms at 2530C, while maintaining the pH of the culture solution to 2.8-3.5 with an organic acid.
