<p>PURPOSE: To enhance the capability of preventing deterioration of food by increasing the rotational speed of a compressor when the number of times or the cumulative time that the refrigerator doors are opened exceeds a respective reference value. CONSTITUTION: A rotational speed controller of the compressor in a refrigerator comprises means 100 for comparing the number of times or the cumulative time that the doors of freezing chamber and refrigeration chamber are opened with respective reference value, rotational speed setting means 100, 160 for sustaining the rotational speed of the compressor at a set level when the cumulative door open time is shorter than a reference time and the number of door open times does not reach a reference times, and rotational speed control means 100, 160 for increasing the rotational speed of the compressor by a specified value when the cumulative door open time exceeds the reference time or the number of door open times reaches the reference times.</p> |
