Double shoulder brace for improving posture and supporting spinal column

The brace comprises two shoulder caps (1), each with two holding slits (2) on the front and rear side respectively. The slits on the front side retain an elastic band whilst those on the rear side are joined to a holding brace (5).Both ends of the elastic band are pref. closed in a stepless manner in the front shoulder section by a hook-pile closure according to the shoulder width. The ends of the holding brace may be guided through and secured in the cap slits at the rear side.
