The machine consists of a frame with a workpiece supporting table and an upper section forming a working space, equipped with a hydraulic cylinder and a tool striker. It has two tool holders (5,6) mounted on pivoted arms (7) and movable between a rest position outside the working zone, and a working position in line with the striker. The two tool holders receive different cutting tools, e.g. a cutting die and a notching tool.In their working position the tool holders fit into a slideway with two locking levers (27,28) which engage with radial fingers (30,31) on the tool holders. The notching tool is mounted in its holder by means of a plate fixed to a freely-rotating pusher, and is equipped with an angular positioner.
