PURPOSE:To provide a high-precision constant speed drive control system that can control the actual speed of an electric car to a target speed during constant- speed driving. CONSTITUTION:An electric car running controller is provided with a constant speed current pattern calculating part which calculates a constant speed current pattern from a current pattern calculating part 32, a latch circuit 31, and a DELTAV calculating part 33. A speed at which a constant-speed notch is turned on is latched by the latch circuit 31, and is set as a target speed. A value corresponding to a deviation of an actual speed from the target speed is obtained from car conditions based on the speed and load of a car, and/or road conditions based on the grade and curve of a load. A motor current is calculated from a constant-current pattern with the sum of the value thus obtained and the latched target speed as a simulated target speed. A tensile force and braking force during constant-speed running are corrected using such a motor current. Thus, a simulated target speed is set by correcting a target speed latched during constant-speed running, enabling an actual car speed to agree with a target speed and enhancing the precision of constant-speed running control. |
