Rectangular cross=section roof batten with ventilation and flow ducts

The roof batten has a fastening surface formed for flat deposition onto a lower clamping web. The fastening surface lies opposite a support face for the roof tiles etc. next to a holding edge. Numerous grooves, as ventilation and flow ducts, extend across the fastening surface. Pref. the grooves has an arched or semicircular cross-section and are formed a regular spacing. The space between the grooves may be less than the width of a roof rafter. One side of the grooves is wider.
