PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize a discharge capacity by an inexpensive method.SOLUTION: A particle detection apparatus 1, that collects particles 40 on a collection substrate 11 by electrically charging the particles 40 between a needle electrode 12 and the collection substrates 11 provided in a position opposed to the needle electrode 12, includes: an insulative housing 29 involving the needle electrode 12 and the collection substrate 11; a conductive member 30 provided on an outer surface of the housing 29 that is a surface located near the needle electrode 12; and an FPC cable grounding the conductive member 30. |
