PURPOSE:To provide a solid-state laser oscillator provided with a cooling system having a high cooling efficiency by uniformly cooling a solid-state laser medium and flash lamp and preventing the accumulation of air in a housing. CONSTITUTION:In a solid-state laser oscillator provided with a watertight housing 1, solid-state laser medium 2 supported in the housing 1, flash lamps 3 which are arranged in parallel with the medium 2 in the housing 1 and optically excite the medium 2, and cooling system which supplies cooling water into the housing 1, the medium 2 and lamps 3 are arranged in parallel with each other in the lateral direction. The cooling system is provided with the inlet 7 of the cooling water below the housing 1 and outlet 8 of the cooling water above the housing 1 and passages 5 for cooling water used for separately cool the medium 2 and lamp 3 formed in the vertical direction. |
