Provided are: a heat dissipation member in which a reduction in the heat dissipation effect is suppressed; a heat sink provided with the heat dissipation member; and a method for manufacturing a heat sink. Over-pressing heat dissipation members (1A, 1B, 1C) in the plate-thickness direction longitudinally elastically deforms heat dissipation plates (2) and causes the heat dissipation plates (2) to have a restoring force. The longitudinal restoring force improve both the adhesion between one surface (3A) and the other surface (3B) and the adhesion between a protrusion and a recess, which are formed on said surface (3A) and the other surface (3B), and consequently the efficiency of heat transfer between the fitting sections (3) of adjacent heat dissipation members (1) is improved. In a heat sink (10) constituted by the heat dissipation members (1), a reduction in the heat dissipation effect is suppressed. |
