PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it easy to mount a lower rail and a driving unit to a vehicle body, when assembling a vehicle.SOLUTION: In the vehicle slide door device of a vehicle, a box shape support body 43 is provided, which extends to the back and forth direction of a vehicle body 2, the one end 43a of which forms a face of a cabin 3 side inside the vehicle body 2, and which includes a lower rail 38. A through-hole 59 is formed in the one end 43a of the box shape support body 43. A door driving unit 54 includes: a unit panel 61 detachably mounted on the one end 43a so as to close the through-hole 59; an electric motor 63 which is attached to the unit panel 61 and is used as the drive source of the door driving unit 54; and a driving force transmission part 56 for driving a door 34 by transmitting driving force 34 output by the electric motor 63. Prior to mounting of the unit panel 61 on the one end 43a, driving force transmission part 56 can be inserted from the cabin 3 side to the inside of the box shape support body 43, through through-holes 46 and 59. |
