The device includes a clock generating unit which generates clocks with different sampling ratio, a control signal generating unit which generates control signal, a clock selecting unit which selects clock ouputted by screen range, a variable sampling ratio converting unit which synchronizes input digital image data to sampling frequency by using record enable signals and outputs the sampling ratio of image data by using the selected clocks, a first compensation unit which outputs image data converted by control signals to each range, first and second line memory units which output digital image data by synchronizing to a reading clock in the clock generating unit, and a second compensation unit which displays image data outputted from the first and second line memory units.
