PURPOSE:To obtain a multilayer ceramic board in which the connection of laminated green sheets is enhanced by coating a sheet-like support, on one side thereof, with a layer principally comprising a pigment and a resin and setting the particle size of pigment in the coating layer at a specified value or below. CONSTITUTION:When through holes 1 made through a green sheet 3 are filled with a conductive paste 2 by screen printing, a separator sheet 4 is applied to the read surface of the green sheet 3 in order to absorb solvent in the conductor paste 2. The separator sheet 4 is formed on one surface of a sheet-like support provided with a coating layer principally comprising a pigment and a resin. The particle size of the pigment in the coating layer is set at 5mum or below. This structure realizes a multilayer ceramic board in which the connection is enhanced between the laminated green sheets 3. |
