The surface coating method comprises (A) mixing metallic powdery paint and styrene monomer in the weight ratio of 3:1-1:3 and leaving the mixture in the atmosphere for 24 hrs ; (B) preparing a painting liquid by mixing the mixture from (A) with at least one solvent selected from methyl isobutylketone or lacquer in the ratio of 1:10-1:20 ; (C) first coating the outer and inner surfaces of the pipe by dipping in the painting liquid and then second coating the outer surface.
