PURPOSE: To obtain the subject composition excellent in resistance to heat, moist heat and mould, useful for e.g. producing polyurethane resins, essentially comprising a dibasic acid component, glycol component and olefin oxide. CONSTITUTION: This polyester polyol composition essentially comprises (A) a dibasic acid component such as adipic acid, (B) a glycol component such as ethylene glycol and (C) a 6-36C olefin oxide component such asα-olefin oxide like 1,2-epoxyhexane. It is preferable that a polyurethane resin is produced by reaction of this composition as the essential polyol component.
