For the calcination of lime, the deacidifying temp. in a lower temp. range is at 150-700 deg.C and pref. 250-500 deg.C. The deacidifying process is under a vacuum. Also claimed is an assembly with a vacuum kiln (2) with at least one filling (6) and removal (7) opening, each fitted with a vacuum-sealed closure (8).
