Cord manual actuator for blind with vertical slats

The actuator comprises a hand held gripper with a clamp for a forward end of the card, and another clamp for the cord return end, both switchable from outside. The two cord branches pass through the gripper. The two clamps comprise each a clamp body, swivelable in a recess of the gripper. The clamp body of both clamps is loaded in the clamping direction by a torque, while in the opposite direction it is movable by a manual switching slider in the gripper, slidable about an axis transverse to the cord end.
