PRODUCTION OF POLYESTER DECORATIVE PANEL

PURPOSE: To produce a polyester decorative panel using an embossed film capable of expressing more real grain vessel patterns and having sufficient repeated life by a film method. CONSTITUTION: An embossed film 3 having an arbitrary uneven shape obtained by providing a built-up printing resin layer 2 having releasability with respect to an unsaturated polyester resin and having an oxidation inhibitor added thereto on a base film 1 having releasability with respect to the unsaturated polyester resin is superposed on the uncured unsaturated polyester resin layer 4 applied to the decorative paper 7 (which is obtained by applying a printing layer 5 to raw paper 6) laminated to a base material 9 through an adhesive layer 8. After the whole is rolled, the unsaturated polyester resin layer 4 is cured and dried before the embossed film 3 is peeled.
