RECYCLABLE HOT WATER TANK

A recyclable hot water tank and method of constructing same is described. The tank comprises an inner casing provided with a heater for heating water therein. A removable sheeting material is positioned in contact with an outer surface of the inner casing. The inner casing is supported on a base. An outer casing is provided about the inner casing and base, and is spaced from the inner casing to define a chamber between the inner and outer casings. A separator is disposed between the inner and outer casings to divide the chamber into compartments to receive an injectable insulating foam material therein through injection ports. The outer casing is sectioned to separate the outer casing, the foam and the separator from the sheeting material about the inner casing for access to the inner casing in order to effectuate repairs and/or modifications for recycling the inner casing.
