The apparatus, for rapidly removing the bad odor of the organic waste and fermenting, decomposing and drying the waste after continuos process of oxidizing and reducing, comprises a cylindrical tank type fermenting/drying chamber(1); a spiral mixing vane(4) mounted on the driving shaft(3) of the motor(M), provided in the chamber(1); a moisture filtering plate(5) having a plurality of pores(5a) in the chamber(1); a ring type tube body(7) having a plurality of pores(7a) under the moisture filtering plate connected with the air induction hole(6); and an air induction tube(12) having a blower, provided in between the air discharging hole(8) and the deodorizing tower(9).
